Born in 1954 in Stuttgart. Studied law at the University of Konstanz. After passing his second state examination in 1981, he joined the foundation in 1981. He has served as project leader in Jerusalem from 1991-1999. Until 2016 he served in Potsdam, Mexico City and Amman. Since January 2017 he is again project leader for the Palestinian Territories and Israel in Jerusalem.
Anne is the project coordinator at the Israel Desk in the FNF Jerusalem office. She was born in Germany but moved to Israel in 1999 after her mid-exams in Germany. At the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, she continued her studies for B.A. and M.A. in German Literature, Contemporary Jewry and Yiddish Language and Literature. At the Hebrew University, she was engaged in several dialogue and peacebuilding initiatives. She joined the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom in 1999, first as an intern, assistant and since 2011 she is responsible for the coordination of the projects at the Israel Desk.
Born in Beit Jala, Palestine. Holds a B.A. and M.A. in Social Science. Studied at the University of Bochum, Münster, Bonn and Bremen. He made as well Studies in Economics. He was consultant for different local and international projects and organisations, worked for 8 years as lecturer and Instructor at the German Foundation for International Development in Germany and also worked as a lecturer of Sociology at the University of Bethlehem. After returning to Palestine worked in the tourism sector and since 1994, he is Head of the Palestine Desk at the Friedrich Naumann Foundation in Jerusalem.
Was born in Jerusalem in 1972. She graduated from the University of North Carolina in Greensboro, USA with a B.S in Leisure Studies (focus on Travel & Tourism) and Geography minor. She is a mother of two daughters. She has been working at FNF since the year 2001 in the position of Palestine Desk Assistant.
Georgette joined FNF Jerusalem office in year 2001 as an accountant for a GTZ project. At present, Georgette is the Administrative/Financial Controller. She holds a Business Administration degree from Bethlehem University. She worked in several international organizations before joining Friedrich Naumman Foundation. Single, and lives in the old city-Jerusalem since birth.
Vivian joined FNF team in Jerusalem office as an Executive secretary in 2004, and today is the Assistant of the Administrative/Financial Desk. She studied at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem English Literature and Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies, and continued studying Law in Tel Aviv collage for Law and holds an LL.B. Later she studied Feng Shui and holds 2 degrees for consulting. She is married with three kids.
Sophie is the communication officer and project assistant at the Israel Desk in the FNF Jerusalem Office. She joined the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom in 2019. She was born in Russia in 1991 and moved to Israel with her family in 1994, at the age of 3. Grew up in the suburbs of Tel Aviv and have been living in Jerusalem since 2013. Studied International Relations as B.A and Contemporary German Studies as M.A at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.Sophie worked for Tzipi Livni from 'HaTnua' party and as a Hebrew teacher in East Jerusalem. She is mostly an activist for women's rights, gay rights, individual freedom and for the Israeli-Palestinian in particular and Israeli-Arab in general peace-making process.
