Celebrating 60 years and 60th session

It is a pleasure for us to share some impressions from our special weekend seminar in Nazareth with the members of our ME 2.0 Palestinian-Israeli Young Business Leaders Forum. While each year the forum meets for a weekend retreat for the purpose of intensive discussion and exchange, capacity trainings, knowledge building and brainstorming, this year's seminar was special. Since this year, we had two anniversaries to celebrate: 60 years FNF and 60 sessions of the ME 2.0 Forum.
It was a good opportunity to look back, how everything started off, for FNF in 1958 and for the ME 2.0 Forum in 2010 with its first session being kicked off. And it was a perfect opportunity to reassure ourselves that our path of promoting and defending liberal values and of mutual understanding, respect and cooperation is the only way that will lead us to a better future. Next to our joyful celebration the members of the forum also engaged in discussion with local entrepreneurs Rabea Ziuod, CEO of Hasoub, an organization promoting Tech-Awareness & Tech Entrepreneurship in the Arab Society and Imad Younis, President and Founder of Alpha Omega, a global technological leader in Neuroscience. During the weekend seminar the members also had the chance to explore the old city and local history of Nazareth and participated in a training workshop on how to pitch and become a better presenter. Finally, also ideas for the upcoming annual program were discussed. Happy anniversary FNF and ME 2.0! Looking forward to another 60 years of fruitful work and cooperation!!!
